Good Game. Please make it Retina ready !!! Only 3 Stars because it has low qualy in iPhone 4!

Ive played for at least 4 hrs already, no bugs or crashes; gameplay is very smooth and enjoyable; the graphics are beautiful. It has quickly become my favourite TH poker game!

Its even better that the old pre-iPhone v2 version. Its worth the 99 cents all the way !

For the price of this game versus the Apple version, its a good buy. The AI is so-so, a little predictable but not too bad. A few bugs here and there...saved games have appeared when there werent any at the time of last exiting the program...the raise option has appeared after i was out of the hand and stayed there until the next hand was dealt and it came around to me....one frezze as well when i tried to deal the next hand before the winner of the current hand was announced. A decent time waster though, and for 99 cents you cant really go wrong.

Fun Game. Decent graphics. One issue is I find that it freezes if you leave a game for any length of time and try to go back... However worth the money!

I bought this game to help teach me the basic rules of TH and to kill time. The design and controls are great. I absolutely love it. The AI is good for a TH game on a portable gaming device. The AI sometimes bluffs which is great. The only problem is the game will freeze very often, yet the programer has set a auto save feature so you dont have to restart. I could live with that. BUT, when you do reload your saved game the blinds restart which makes one game seem like eternity. Also one complaint about the AI is when it comes down to the final two, the AI will fold more then often which will make the game drag. I have owned this game for awhile now expecting an update, But has not come. I assume the developer has abandoned this app. So have decided to purchase the Apple Texas Holdem and move on. In a nutshell; +2 stars for Design and easy to use! -3 stars for not updating and fixing simple issues. Resetting blinds when loading a saved game. AI folds to often at final two. This should be a great app but looks like developer abandoned app

I bought this app a few months ago to learn a little bit about poker. It works well (I havent noticed any freezing like other users have mentioned), looks pretty good, and is actually quite smooth to control. The AI is decent, too. Plus the game autosaves so you can leave it and come back to it. I honestly complain about this poker game - especially for the price.

Been using this app for months since there is no other app good enough to fall back to. Great Graphics, Layout... Few Noticable bugs: If you exit the game after losing, The game is still saved, and when you return and load that game you cant exit to main menu with out watching the AI play through a hand... After calling an " All In " some times after losing Id still have money? Game dosnt ante... Needs an All in function & a better betting screen. Ive never had game crash. Cant wait to see the update.

This is the first poker app that I bought. I think that in a good poker app, the most important thing to have is a challenging AI, which is hard to program, but when done right, can make a great game. I think this game has a pretty good AI, so for $0.99, its quite the bargain.

Easy to use, no need to buy chips online with real money to play. Best Texas Holdem app I found.

The app only works with effort on my iPhone 5S. It hangs at the main menu after hitting "new game". If I delete it and reinstall from the cloud itll work.....once.

Where is ALL-IN option???

Ugh this has such good app potential, but it freezes up every 3 games or so and never reloads. You have to start a new game completely. Fix that and Ill come back and give u more stars. 

One of the worst designed poker games ever made. If you have to read the manual to figure out how to control the game and cant get it to bet precisely what you want you are doing it wrong as a designer. I understand what you are trying to accomplish but this is just so woefully unintuitive that I could not recommend this to anyone.

Why cant I check?

Ive had serval instances where I tried to check and the program folded my hand. On several of these occassoins I had the winnig hand. In addition if you could add an all-in button and speed up play I would give the game a 6 star rating.

Sooo Its a pretty good game, it was great at first, i was playing with a small buy in, game play of the hands were decent, i won some they won some. Got stupid after i raised the buy in to like 10,000 or more....Does it make sense for that much of a buy in to start blinds at 10/20 and slowly go up. Than everyone calls on the table no matter what. So i would raise like double maybe triple and that still everyone calls. Not every player at the table would make a call like that. Yes it happenes when everyone limps in, but not when some one is raiseing like that. If the whole table is gonna call,one of the computer players are likely to win with some dumb and like 2 4, and im stuck with A Q kicker thinking maybe i won, its almost the best hand on the table unless someone got there set but u might pick that up the way people bet. Then u raise too much which really isnt, and they all fold, if ur lucky u get 2 or 3 callers which im fine with. Just saying the game should be accraute. Not calling every hand, (the computers play like the dumb A**es on myspace that call every pre flop and fold right after.) and not fold on a Big but reasonable bet.... I like the swipe and the tap, lol But game needs inprovement. Game is better than Poker Stars III, dont get me started on that game, somputer goes all in on Q 6 and doesnt even hit a pair. I played better poker games with of course WAY less graphics of coruse on like my black berry, we all played those 4.99 or 7.99 games. Those poker games, the computer played mostly like someone whould actually play. These texas holdem apps are horrible, and im done searching, someone needs to step there game up.
